Try them -- you'll like them. I added the recipes for home made knishes in the book. Maybe the next book should be about jelly donuts...then I would have an excuse to try making them. Now let's see what kind of conflict can I dream up about jelly donuts? Where's the drama in donuts?
Maybe it's too sticky sweet for conflict...
